On Tuesday May 1, 2018, a dispute with a neighbor over an incident that occurred in 2003, when the neighbor hired Mr. McLaughlin to cut trees down. Mr. McLaughlin felt the agreed upon price was too low and wanted more money for doing the job. Mr. McLaughlin still angry for not getting the additional money he still feels he deserves, went to the neighbor and began demanding he get paid. On Sunday May 6, 2018, both Mr. Alberino and Mr. Price were given Misdemeanor Summons for Disorderly Conduct. Mr. Alberino felt Mr. Price was on his private property and demanded Mr. Price and his dog get off his property. Mr. Price felt the said piece of land Mr. Alberino was referring to, is an easement and therefore not his private property and he was not trespassing. They were given a court date of May 17, 2018.
